How do I know when the last day to cancel for a full refund is?

When searching for properties that best fit you and your guest's needs, the listing will showcase the house rules specific to that property when you scroll toward the bottom. Under the cancellation and refunds section, you will see a cancel-by date to receive a 100% refund to your original payment method, minus the booking fee. 

After you select "Book Now," you will be prompted to agree to the House Rules listed.
