RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS: Cancellation policies may vary for each property. See listings for additional details. If your reservation dates have been moved, all cancellation policies remain attached to your original reservation date. You can sign in to your registered account for more information.
Cancellation by Guest.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of booking can receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 21 days before check-in.
- California Properties Only: Reservations made for AvantStay properties exclusively within California can receive a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided that the reservation was confirmed at least 3 days before check-in. Note, that cancellation and booking times are based on the local time zone for listings in California, Pacific Time.
- Receive a full refund if canceled 60 days or more before check-in. Notwithstanding, the booking fee shall be nonrefundable.
- Receive a 50% refund if canceled 21-59 days before check-in. Notwithstanding, the booking fee shall be nonrefundable.
- Cancellations less than 21 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Guest for AvantStay properties located in Key West, FL with a minimum stay of twenty-eight (28) nights booked directly on http://AvantStay.com :
- Receive a full refund, less the booking fee, if canceled 90 days or more before check-in. - Cancellations within 24 hours of booking can receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 90 days before check-in.
- Receive a 50% refund, less the booking fee, if canceled 60-89 days before check-in.
- Bookings made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable
If you reserve a Property through an OTA, that OTA’s cancellation policy will govern.
Cancellation By AvantStay. If for any reason the Accommodation you booked is unavailable, including, but not limited to, issues related to safety, utilities, maintenance, guest overstays, inaccessibility, accidental double booking on multiple platforms, Property ownership changes, permitting, licensing, or regulatory changes, or other reasons, AvantStay may substitute a comparable unit or allow Guest to cancel and receive a full refund, or, if no comparable unit is available, AvantStay may cancel the reservation and provide a full refund of all payments made by you.
