If you've left something behind after checking out, here's what you can do to recover your belongings:
Same-Day Retrieval
If you wish to return to the property on the same day of your check-out to retrieve your lost items, please immediately contact your local hosts to inquire about the possibility of retrieving your belongings in person. In-person pick-ups will be granted on a case-by-case basis if our staff members are available.
Shipping
If a local pick-up isn't possible, we offer a convenient shipping option for your left-behind items. Please contact our customer experience team to help out with the return process at experience@avantstay.com. Please note that there is a standard shipping and handling fee of $25 for this service.
