- To request an early or late checkout, login to our AvantStay Mobile app or website and check your booking details.
- All early check-in or late check-out requests must be paid for in advance to ensure the time is blocked off for the cleaners, this will ensure the time is secure and added to your booking.
- If there are no early check-in or late check-out options, unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate your request to ensure your home is properly cleaned.
- Once you've found your booking, click the 'change' option next to the check-in and check-out times.
- After tapping it will show you the available times and any associated costs.
- After this, you will be brought to a payment screen
- Note: you will only be charged if your request is approved. Once your request is approved, you will receive an automated confirmation message.
- Requests can also be requested within 24 hours of check-in or check-out, but we would need to ensure the home is cleaned and inspected before we can approve the request. Once approved you will get an update via text and email.
