Arriving Late for Check-In? No Problem.

If your travel plans mean you’ll be arriving later than expected, don’t worry — for most AvantStay properties, that’s absolutely fine.

We offer no-contact check-in at the majority of our homes, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Simply use the lock code and instructions we sent you before your stay, and you’ll be able to get in anytime after your scheduled check-in time.

Exceptions:
In rare cases, late check-in may require extra steps. This can happen if:

• We’ve sent you special instructions due to HOA or community rules.

• The property requires a live, in-person check-in with our team.

If either of these applies, you’ll find details in the messages we’ve sent you before your arrival.
