AvantStay is committed to providing a transparent and clear understanding of the taxes and fees associated with your stay.

Variable Taxes

Due to variations in local jurisdictions and the length of your stay, taxes and fees are subject to change. To give accurate information, you can visit our website or mobile app, select a property, and enter your desired dates. In the pricing breakdown section, hover over the information icon next to each fee to access detailed information about its applicability.

Cleaning Fee

To ensure cleanliness, there is a one-time charge for cleaning the space. However, if you plan to stay for an extended period or want regular cleaning during your reservation, you can customize your stay by opting for mid-stay cleaning as an add-on and scheduling them throughout your stay.

Booking Fee

A non-refundable fee that helps maintain our platform and offers benefits like 24/7 Support. The fee is refundable if canceled within 24 hours of booking and the check-in date is more than 21 days away.

Pet Fee

The service fee applies to all reservations and covers the operational costs of our booking platform, separate from taxes and property-specific fees.

A refundable pet deposit of $300 is added along with the pet fee. Any deposits will be charged as a part of the total cost of your stay. Deposits will be fully refunded after check out, with any damages or fines deducted if applicable.
