1. Log in to your AvantStay account.
2. Navigate to the "Bookings" 
3. Choose your specific booking from the list.
4. Select the "Upgrades & Experiences" tab.
5. Choose the best available day for this service

What is entailed with a general cleaning?

For a more focused touch, our General Clean option offers a towel exchange without changing linens. Beds will be made using existing linens for a sense of continuity and comfort. Additionally, a general wipe-down in bathrooms is provided, along with service to all common areas, including a refreshing touch in the backyard.
